It's been a month since her traumatic break-up with Derick, and Siobhan now lives in Detroit, where she can support herself and her painting career. But suddenly Derick's back after flying halfway across the country for her. And though Siobhan's body comes alive at his touch, she doesn't know if she can trust him again....

Review:
So this book follows immediately after book one (With some space between the characters) so if you haven't checked out my review, be sure to go to read Dazzling first!

I was really hoping that the second book would have gotten better, but it seemed to be the exact same thing over and over again...

eyeroll GIFIn my opinion Siobhan just needs to grow up. She keeps talking about wanting to move on, yet still thinks about him which is totally normal, but when his money comes into play again she gets all pissy about it and they're back at the same place they were in the first book.

I do think that Siobhan started to grow a bit more as a person with her own dreams of being this great artist, but was so in her head about a lot of things.

Of course there were sex scenes in here, which were good, but I felt like the relationship between them became more about the sex than actually getting through their troubles.

Overall, this wasn't my favourite read, and honestly I'm going to power through the last one since I have it already, but I just wish there was more to the story than what there really was.

That's all for my review, I hope you liked it, and if you're into cheesy quick romance reads, then this may be the book for you. Like I always say, we all have our own opinions and views on a book, they're never the same.

So until the next time, Keep Reading!
Your Graduated Bookworm!! :)
