Summary:
A Deliciously Sexy Ex-Boyfriend’s Rival, New Adult, Hockey Romance by USA Today and International Bestselling Author Rachel Leigh.

Two sports collide when a feisty sideline cheerleader meets her match in an arrogant hockey player who is more than just his bad boy reputation.

I fell for the wrong Devil…

Hayes Madden was never on my dance card. He’s an egotistical jock who plays for the Devil’s hockey team —not to mention, he’s my boyfriend’s biggest rival.

His sculpted abs and charm do nothing for me. Besides, I’m a cheerleader, not a puck bunny.

When a very graphic video of me and my ex is sent to the entire student roster at Rosewood-U, rumors quickly spread and, to my surprise, Hayes is my unlikely knight in shining armor.

Before long, I find myself falling for the hidden side of him he doesn’t let anyone else see.

It’s time for me to learn if this is all a strategic act of revenge against his nemesis, or if Hayes really is the beautiful devil I’ve fallen for.

Review:
First I'd like to thank Rachel Leigh and Valentine PR for sending me an ARC copy. This was such an entertaining read, and I have to say she quickly made me fall in love with Hayes Madden after the beginning...

There was a lot going on and really it was right from the beginning. It was hot, it was heavy, it was emotional and hilarious as well. Of course you start off hating Hayes, but quickly turn that hatred to someone else who you think you'd trust a bit just like Brogan does. I knew as soon as the video was mentioned that it would come back to bite her, but the way she handled it was pretty awesome! Her ex is honestly a piece of work and he truly deserves every slap and punch that comes his way.

Throughout the novel, you really see this development between Brogan and Hayes turn into more than hatred. Of course theres plenty of sexual tension to go around, but they slowly make their way from enemies to friends to lovers and I LOVED seeing that growth between the two of them. As they open up to one another, you see how their views change, and how they start feeling more comfortable in the presence of one another.

I will say that the ending was what really had me reading as fast as possible. Although I feel like it would have been a bit better to learn this little twist earlier in the story to really push these characters into a bit more drama. But honestly, I did like where it came out, I just wish there was more to it, and more to the resolution overall... call me greedy!

But the steam, holy Hannah! While these two started hot and heavy together, there becomes a build up once again, and they don't hold back. Get yourself some water, cause you're gonna need it! Hayes and Brogan are definitely the perfect pair, and compliment one another so well!

Overall, I really enjoyed this story! It had some hilarious banter moments, some sweet and swoony moments, and of course plenty of steam to fill up a dorm room, IYKYK! If you're a fan of Hockey Romance, this feeds into it well without it being too much hockey within the story!

That's all for my review, I hope you enjoyed it and be sure to one-click your copy today!

So until next time, keep reading!

Your Graduated Bookworm!! :)
