Review:
First I'd like to thank Deanna and W by Wattpad for sending me an ARC to review! I'll admit, going into this I wasn't expecting the amount of spice that came from this book... but Deanna DELIVERED!
I'll admit that at the beginning I was not a fan of Cameron and his playboy ways. Obviously throughout the time that Maddie and Cameron spend together, you see both of their feelings start to develop into more than just a crush they had years before. You also see the amount of pain that Cameron is going through since losing his mom.
One thing I really loved was Maddie's family and how they treated and supported Cameron throughout their lives. It was amazing to see how much they welcomed him in as if he's their own. And having that sort of found family in your life is such a strong bond, you can tell that Cameron is so in his head, he doesn't want to ruin the relationship that he has not only with Maddie's brother, but her parents as well.
Moving on to the spice though because this was HOT. I swear the sneaking around, the forbidden vibes and all the ways that Maddie is exploring herself more with Cameron, these two left no crumbs! Get yourself a fan and plenty of water because when things start to heat up during spring break, they do not stop!!
Now the one thing that I really would have loved to read was more at the end. I felt like it was a bit rushed with everything that happened in the last 5% of the book, that I would have LOVED to read more between these two after it ended. Even just an epilogue to see what happened even if it's months later let alone years. The relationship Cameron has with his father is so strained, and everything that came out towards the end had all my emotions on alert. It was great to see how it finished, but the selfish part of me wanted more!
Overall, this was a great story! It had me in my feels, all the emotions pulling me every which way, and getting to see both Maddie and Cameron develop both together and separately to a beautiful story! It was hot, heavy, emotional, and left me wanting to know more about what's going on with Maddie's brother and her bestie...
That's all for my review, I hope you enjoyed it and be sure to grab your copy of this if you're looking for a spicy romance that'll have you in the feels!!
So until the next time, keep reading!
Your Graduated Bookworm! :)
