From Amazon bestselling author Luna Pierce comes Dangerous Haven - a standalone dark romance and book one in the Brothers of Sin series. From the first reckless kiss to a wildfire of forbidden desire, Dangerous Haven draws you into a shadowed world where survival means risking everything... especially your heart.

London Gardella is running; broken, bruised, and desperate for safety. When she arrives in New York City, she’s clinging to the last hope she has left; finding sanctuary with a stranger who wants nothing to do with her.

Archer Sin is a reclusive billionaire hacker—tattooed, brooding, and razor-sharp— he thrives in the shadows. He reluctantly agrees to keep her safe, but only if she follows his two rules:

No touching his computers.

No falling in love.

Archer’s inked fingers rarely leave his keyboards, but his eyes never stop watching London… stalking her every move, sparking a fire neither can ignore. Then comes a reckless, forbidden kiss.

Rules shatter. Walls crumble. Desire ignites.

Trust is a risk neither can afford, but survival means facing the truth: sometimes, the safest haven is the most dangerous place of all.

Review

First, I'd like to thanks Arndell for sending me a copy to review! This is my first book I've read from Luna Pierce, though I have followed her for some time and have always been interested in reading her work!

Let me tell you right off the bat you're thrown into this crazy story that doesn't let up one single bit! This is truly a roller coaster ride of emotion, forbidden vibes, and a kind of reckless suspense wondering what is going to happen to London while she's seeking sanctuary in New York with a man she doesn't know.

You can tell right from the beginning that Archer is grumpy. There's no other way to explain how this man is other than being a big grumpy ass, that somehow softens the more time he spends with London. His sharp edges more cornered, the way he cares for her without being asked, or the somewhat creepy way he watches her every move... even if it turns out to be a good thing. Even with him being a man who clearly has some past issues he's trying to work through, the more time he spends with London, it's clear he's a man down bad for this woman.

The push and pull between London and Archer was deliciously addictive. There were many times I kept telling myself they just need to be together was too high. He didn't want anything to do with her, yet the attraction tells another story. The way they crash in a heated mess (in a good way) was like the cherry on top of an ice cream sundae. It was a page turner that I couldn't put down, leaving me on the edge of my seat from the first page!

I felt like there was also a little moment of Pretty Woman played within the book, and I must say that was a bit of a chefs kiss for me! Nothing makes me happier when the badass billionaire types shut down that teenage girl drama in clothing stores with the swipe of a card...

The narration was pretty good, though I have to say there were times where the male narrator felt like he was just angry the whole time. I mean yeah, Archer is kind of an angry man most of the time, but there were parts where I kind of came out from listening because the way he was talking was a bit much. However that being said, he was a very convincing man that I did get lost in many times!

Now when I tell you my jaw was on the floor, I am not lying. There was a pretty big twist that I honestly didn't expect. Like sure I had an idea, but didn't think anything of it until the scenes started playing out. I was aghast and it was perfection! The entire ending had me ADDICTED!!

Overall, I really enjoyed Dangerous Haven! The characters, the family, the roller coaster that was London's life while hiding from a man she would've been forced to spend her life with... it was a rush from the start to end and I didn't want to get off this roller coaster ride! I'm so looking forward to the next book!

That's all for my review, I hope you enjoyed it and be sure to grab your copy today!

So until the next time, keep reading!

Your Graduated Bookworm!! :)
