Summary:
A single night changes everything between a grumpy cowboy and his sister’s best friend, the woman he’s secretly pined after for years, in this spicy, surprise pregnancy, age-gap, marriage-of-convenience, small-town romance.

No one plans on accidentally getting pregnant by their best friend’s grumpy older brother.

Heath is too hot, too serious, and absolutely has no business being the star of my fantasies. I thought our banter over the years was the closest to foreplay we’d ever get. Until the romance of a wedding and unexpected flirtations lead to a night tangled in the sheets together.

It was supposed to be a no-strings-attached, years-in-the-making romp that we’d forget as soon as the sun came up. And Heath delivered over and over again.

It was all going to plan until I saw those two pink lines. What I didn’t count on was Heath getting down on one knee and popping the one question I never thought I’d hear coming from his mouth. But he has something I need, so a marriage of convenience is a means to an end. Who says romance is dead?

Except Heath has a way with words and cares for me in ways I’ve never experienced. Not to mention his plans for our upcoming bundle of joy, or how every touch reminds me of that night when his name fell from my lips.

Soon, playing house starts to feel natural, and I find it hard to picture my life without him. One night might have tied us together, but will it be enough to keep us from unraveling the knot?

Review:
First, I'd like to thank Ann Einerson and her team for sending me an ARC copy to review! As always I'm in love with the small town worlds that Ann writes, and I'm super bummed that Silver Saddle Ranch is coming to an end!! That being said, I'm also super stoked with what's to come next!

Right from the beginning you dive into Charlie & Heath's amazing banter and instant connection/chemistry. I don't know if it's just that they're mutually pining for one another but too scared to admit those feelings at first or what, but let me tell you it doesn't stop! I've read them in the previous books, so I knew what type of characters I was getting to enjoy, but I so didn't imagine how swoon-worthy Heath was until reading his book!

I was laughing out loud as each chapter went on, not only from the way Charlie and Heath are together, but their friends/found family. The little group chat Charlie has with the girls leaves me laughing every single time, and I couldn't get enough!

Heath really said full stop "Be mine" when he got down on one knee and proposed to Charlie as soon as he found out that she was pregnant. I think I would've so reacted the same way as Charlie did at first too, but even when she gave in with a marriage of convenience, she really tried telling her head and heart that this wasn't real... though for Heath, it was real since the day they hooked up and you can feel it with the things he does and says!

I absolutely loved reading about Charlie's diabetes within the story. It really brought another layer to her as a character and showcased the many ways she's tried living a normal life, even if her monitors are going haywire. But when Heath steps in as her now husband, that man will go to all the lengths to ensure she is safe, healthy and taken care of. Not only for her but for the baby as well, and it was so incredibly sweet to see!

When they finally admit there's real feelings and maybe this marriage of convenience might be more than just convenient, things get explosive between the two of them! If you thought their one night stand was hot, just you wait!

I also didn't think I was going to get so emotional the entire time, but maybe it was the fact that I too am a mom, so the pregnancy journey was something I could connect to in some way or another with Charlie. I also didn't expect to be so emotional with her Grams and Florence. I LOVED the dynamic between the characters here and it was another thing that kind of hit close to home, and I really loved the way Ann wrote Florence. She was a spitfire and I found myself chuckling many times when those scenes came up.

Overall, I LOVED Tethered Love! I couldn't put it down honestly! Right from the beginning I was hooked on not only Charlie, Heath, Florence, and Grams but the entire Silver Saddle Ranch characters! They are the perfect found family that'll make you laugh, cry, emotionally binge eat all your snacks while reading, fall apart and come back together again! This was an emotional roller coaster between Heath and Charlie, and I loved how they navigated this accidental pregnancy! It was a bittersweet ending to the series, and I know I'm going to miss them all so much... but I also cannot wait for what Ann Einerson has in store for us next!!

That's all for my review, I hope you enjoyed it and be sure to grab your copy today!

So until the next time, keep reading!
Your Graduated Bookworm!! :)
