Review:

First, I'd like to thank Corinne Michaels and her team for sending me an ALC to review! I was hooked on the first book, I couldn't wait to dive into Harper and Ares' story!

Right from the beginning you dive immediately into this story already addicted to the new doctor in town and Harper somehow conned into being part of her ex's wedding?! Like talk about insane drama! So of course they strike up a deal to fake date, not only to help his business, but to help her prove that she's not some lonely woman pining over the man who cheated on her.

These two were hot in many ways. Whether it was the witty banter that made me laugh out loud, to the very steamy moments behind closed doors, I ate it up! The more you read, the deeper you get into one another's stories and flaws or past issues. I think it was very well written to show Ares going through a lot, how he may have made a mistake but quickly realized there are better places to be at the end of the day.

One thing I love with Corinne Michaels is the secondary characters she writes. Of course I LOVE Harper's grumpy father, and how he can be overly dramatic in the best ways when looking out for his kids. It was both hilariously entertaining and heartwarming!

Now I have to say for a good portion of the book, I just wanted to reach in there and give Harper's head a shake. Because tell me WHY you've agreed to be part of your cheating ex's wedding? To the point where you've been looking at dresses? Girl, I don't care who these people are... STAY AWAY!!

Overall, I really enjoyed Never Been Tamed! It was sweet, swoony, and oh so hot! The dramatics were top notch, and of course I'm left wanting to read more from this family and town! I was hooked from the beginning and didn't want to put it down. The number of times I found myself laughing or gushing over Ares and his very well performed boyfriend duties... ughh I just loved them! The narration was just as amazing, bringing these characters to life, I sweat I could listen to them talk all day long!
